Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including guests with disabilities. We are working toward meeting the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we review our pages with automated testing tools and fix the issues we find.

What we do

We provide text descriptions for images that carry information, set the page language, keep text readable against its background, and make interactive features usable with a keyboard. We continue to review and improve these areas as we add pages and features.

Known limitations

Some parts of this site may not yet work as well as we want for everyone, such as photo carousels and the background video on the home page. Features provided by other companies, such as the booking widget, the social feed and Airbnb itself, are outside our direct control and follow their own accessibility practices.

Help and feedback

If you have difficulty using any part of this website, need information in another format, or would like help with an inquiry or booking, please email us at hello@vacationthyme.com. Tell us the page you were on and what happened, and we will do our best to help and to fix the problem.
